Clean and fast service. Just like almost every Starbucks I've been in. Only gave four stars because it lacks one thing almost every other Starbucks has (maybe I came in the wrong time) No beautiful ladies. No eye candy. Nothing, just guys everywhere. Sad day indeed. Great drinks though.

Great location in the middle of pier park. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Went there 3 different times while visiting the area and had great service and drinks every time.

I agree with most reviews when they say that this Typical Starbucks is at the bottom of my list. Living here I don't have many alternatives so I still frequent the place. .

Dirtiest and slowest shop I've been to. 1 barista and 1 cashier. Unacceptable, especially when it's in a popular location. Coffee ehh.

Perfect drinks each time we went. Friendly service and very convenient to our townhouse, beach and shopping! Clean and tidy...no sticky floors or overflowing trash cans. Prices are the same as any other Starbucks. Nothing to complain about!

Cute SBUX in Pier Park. Do not think my drink order was correct, however, it included two essential components that made me care less: 1. Heat 2. Caffeine

Typical starbucks overall. But, this seemed to be one of the only coffee shops open on a weekend and it was a zoo! To be expected in Pier Park so that was ok, but it was difficult to get any work done in here. So I'd go here for pure socializing and entertainment purposes and not to expect too much in terms of quiet coffeeshop atmosphere. Staff was just a-ok and food/coffee drinks were fine.

I agree with another reviewer about this place being towards the bottom of the list of Starbucks visited. The place was clean and the drinks were good, but one of the baristas couldn't have been more rude. It's off season, so they had maybe one other customer aside from my friends and I. We all ordered drinks, and one of the guys went outside to smoke. After a few minutes, he poked his head in (literally, while holding his cigarette as far away as possible, to not let in any smoke) to ask one of us if his drink was done, and before anyone could answer, the barista told him to go outside and shut the door because it's cold outside. He could've been a LOT more polite about it!

If you've been to a Starbucks, you've been to them all. This one is no different. Same drinks and products, with friendly cheerful baristas. I came in here to seek shelter from the howling wind and rain and ordered a small (forgive me, I forget all their fancy size titles) Peppermint Mocha. It was delicious and warmed me right up. Starbucks was like a combination of an umbrella and snuggie for me. Regardless if it's a whipping weather kind of day, Starbucks is always there to toast your toes.

Never had a bad experience at Starbucks before! One of the workers , a guy, was so rude and rushed me to order , like damn man I'm ordering for 6 people can you calm down please!? Whatever , I got my drinks and scadattled on out.

Ive had friendlier service at other Starbucks locations but the coffee and food here keeps me coming back for more! I guess being located in the center of all the madness of Pier Park there more interested in getting you in and out. I guess I'm ok with it for what it is.

I have never been more irritated by poor customer service in my life. Upon ordering 3 grande iced coffees and having my order repeated back to me, I was given 3 venti hot coffees. I then told the barista that there had been a mistake and that my order was incorrect. She then looked at me and said in a very haughty tone "You know, if you want your coffee cold you have to ask for it iced." This struck me as very rude and abrupt. I myself have worked in several coffee shops and it is a common rule to always put the customer and their needs first. Even if the customer is in the wrong, you bend over backwards in order to serve them and make their experience a good one. This barista did neither. I was not in the wrong and her attitude has made me sure to seek out a different coffee shop that has good customer service and coffee that does not taste like cigarette ash.

as lame as any Starbucks. expensive, sugary coffee drinks.. mediocre factory baked pastries. but given that there is no place else to sit and get a coffee around here, i have been a few times out of desperation due to the lack of superior alternative (like some cool independent coffee shop, which would be nice, but these seem to pretty much not exist here) and just get a doppio espresso to kill time before a movie or whatever..

This location is definitely towards the very bottom of the list of Starbucks I've visited. The staff are okay-not overly friendly, but not rude either. The only problem we've encountered is one barista that questioned my dislike of foam and tried to argue his way out of correcting my drink. My major complaint about this store is the lack of cleanliness. The floors, tables, windowsills, and bathrooms have been consistently filthy each time. Will I return? Yes, but only because of the location and necessity.
